It is wonderful to see the number of families that come out to visit with the dogs. The rescues need all the loving they can get, and the shy ones learn to trust people by watching different humans be kind to the others in the pack. Kids need to learn early how to care for animals and to volunteer their time to make life better for someone. These kids will never grow up to abandon their animals!
Our youngest volunteer is Tabitha. She has been coming every Saturday morning since she was 6 years old. She picks up toys, brushes the dogs, and help her mom clean the Bungalow!
